I was born in West Virginia, raised in Vermont, and settled in Charlottesville, Virginia. I have worked in fancy restaurants and country inns, and I have worn many hats in the hospitality industry.

After undergoing hip replacement surgery in 2018, I am seeking a more suitable occupational fit and exploring ways to flex my creativity. Apparently, I will work in hospitality until I don’t, so buy my stuff—Hahaha. Please contact me if you would like to discuss career change possibilities.

My creative works are original, not artificial intelligence. I am ok with using AI, but not when I am demonstrating my capability. A great deal of care and learning goes into my work, including this website. A picture is more than pushing a shutter button.
